McManlgal testified that full
details of the dynamiting were
given him by James B. McNamara
on a hunting trip near Conover,
Wis. McNamara made his con
fession, he said, after he had ac
cused McNamara of shooting at
him with a revolver.
"Jim told me," McManlgal de
clared, "that Tveitmoe was the
big paymaster on the coast.
"Jim regretted that so many
people were killed but seemed
