STEILACOOM.
Section I—That the Improvement
of Sequallsh street from Main
street to Union avenue; Union ave
nue from the southerly boundary
line thereof with Sequallsh street
to the southerly boundary line of
said Union avenue with Champion
street; (Jove street from Union ave
nue to the westerly boundary line
of said Gove street with First
street; together with all necessary
and proper drains - on, over and
along said streets, between the
aforesaid points in accordance with
the ordinances, rules and regula
tions of the Town of Stellacoom,
and the laws of the State of Wash
ington; Is necessary and advisable
and required by the public Interest
and convenience of the owners of
the property to be benefited there
by and the Town of Steilacoom.
Section 2That It Is the intention
of the Town Council of said Town
to improve said streets between
said points by making said Improve
ment as aforesaid and doing such
other work as may be necessary in
connection therewith, all In accord
ance with the. plans to be prepared
therefor; that the cost and expanse
of said Improvement, Including In
cidental expenses in connection
therewith shall be assessed upon
the lots, portions of lots, tracts and
parcels of land lying and being
within the district to be assessed
therefor, according to law, each lot
or portion thereof, tract or parcel
of land to be separately assessed In
proportion to the benefits upon the
property to be benefited, sufficient
to cover the total expenses of said
Improvement, providing however,
the Council of the Town of Stella
coom may expend from the General
Fund of said Town such sum or
sums of money for said Improve
ment as to said Council In their
discretion may be deemed neces
sary.
Section 3—That all persons who
may desire to object to said pro
posed Improvement, the method of
making the same or providing for
the payment of the cost and expense
thereof, are hereby notified and re
quired to appear and present such
objection at a meeting of said
Council to be held In the Council
Chamber In said Town of Stella
coom at 7:30 o'clock p. m. on the
16th day of December 1912, and all
said persons are hereby notified
that on said £>.•, and hour a meet
ing of said Council will be held in
the Council Chamber of said Town
and that at said meeting all per
sons may appear before sold coun
cil and be heard. -
Section 4—That the Streets and
Alleys Committee of said council
