You are hereby summoned to appear within
sixty days after the date of the first publication
of this summons, to-wit: Within sixty days after
the ninth day of November, 1907, and defend the
above entitled action in the above entitled court,
and answer the complaint of the plaintiff and
serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned
attorneys for plaintiff at their office below stated;
and in case of your failure so to do judgment will
be rendered against you according to the de
mands of the complaint which has been filed with
the clerk of said court. The object of this action is
to obtain a divorce on the ground of abandonment
for more than one year and refusal and neglect of

In the superior court of the state of Washing
ton in and for the county of Stevens.
In the matter of the will and estate of Gustav
Wf ndler, deceased.
Notice is hereby given that Alius Wendler, as
executor of the estate of Gustav Wendler, deceas
ed, has rendered and presented for settlement,
and filed in said court his final account and report
of the administration of said estate, and a petition
for the settlement of said account, and a distribu
tion of said estate, and that Monday, the 16th day
of December, A. D., 1907, at 9:30 o'clock at the
court room of said court, at the court house in Col
ville. in Stevens county, has been duly appointed
by said court for the settlement of said account
and the hearing of said petition for distribution,
at which time and place any person interested in
said estate may appear and file his exceptions in
writing to the said final account and contest the
same and show cause, if any, why the final dis
tribution of said estate should not be ordered.
