Whatcom.
WHATCOM COUNTY. Plaintiff, vs. ALL PERSONS hereinafter named as
owners of any of the hereinafter described real property, and each and
all of such owners' wives or such owners' husbands, and all who are
mentioned as unknown owners. If any, and their, and each of .heir wives
and husbands, and all persons having or claiming an Interest, right,
title, lien claim, equity, or estate m and to the said hereinafter described
property, or any part or parcel thereof, and the unknown heirs of all
the aforementioned persons, Defendants.
The State of Washington to each and all persons hereinafter named as
owners of any of the hereinafter described real property, and each and all
of such owners' wives or such owners' husbands, and all who are mentioned
as unknown owners, if any, and their, and each of their wives and husbands,
and all persons having or claiming an Interest, right, title, Hen claim, equity
or estnte in and to the said hereinafter described property, or any part or
parcel thereof, and the unknown heirs of all the aforementioned persons, de
fondants:
You, and each of you, are hereby notified that the above named plaintiff,
Whatcom County, is the owner and holder of certificates of delinquency Is
sued and dated the Ist day of August, 1912, by the County Treasurer of
Whatcom County, State of Washington, for the several amounts set opposite
each tract, lot or parcel of land hereinafter more particularly described and
sot forth, the same being the amount then due and delinquent upon each of
such tracts of land respectively, for taxes for the year 1905, together with in
terest thereon up to and including the said Ist day of August, 1912, each of
such tracts of land having been assessed for said year 1905 to the person
whoso name precedes the description thereof, when known, and to Un
known Owner when owner is unknown; the name of the owner or reputed
owner thereof, when known, immediately preceding the description of such
real property, when the name of such owner or repu.ed owner Is unknown
tho word "unknown" preceding the description of such real property, all of
such real property being described herein as the same Is described upon the
tax rolls of said Whatcom County, State of Washington, ami all of said prop
erty being situated in Whatcom County. Washington, being more particu
