journment taken on January S, 1913.
Present, all members of the Board and
the Clerk In attendance. The follow
ing proceedings were had:
The Board considered the claim of
F. E. Wyman in sum of $56.3u for
services to prosecuting attorney; the
claim of W. B. Godfrey in such of
$60.00 for care of indigent at Butnas;
and claim of J. M. Jones In sum of
$100 for furnishing evidence to prose
cuting attorney in the matter of un
lawful sale of liquor. These claims
were all refused by the Board.
The protest of H. O. Hovander ami
wife against the present plan of con
struction of a wing dam on the right
bank of Nooksack river near Fern
dale, and their demand for alteration
in construction of same was refused
by the Board.
The petition of A. J. Clode and oth
ers for powder to blow out log Jam
at bridge near Demlng was refused by
Board.
The Board adjourned to meet on
Friday, January 10. 1913.
