TQWNSHIP ASSESSORS TO USE NEW SCHEIH'LE FOR STOCK An effort is being made this year to bring the assessment of livestock and. poultry back to pre-war valua tions. Township assessors have each received a copy of a suggested sched ule drawn up at a meeting of the township officials of the county this month, and it is this schedule that the officials hope to see maintained. The following are the township of ficers' resolutions, giving the sched ule: . "Be it resolved, that all property subject to assessment for taxation should bo assessed therefor at its fair cash market value. "Resolved further ,that livestock, and poultry in Whatcom County were assessed 100 high in 1920, and we note with disapproval the attempt being made to secure tho assessment of the name m war prices this year.
