ON SEWER DEAL
The storm of protest over the un
just assessment for the north side
trunk sewer is growing. The exec
utive committee ha concluded, in
addition to the referendum, to be
gin an injunction suit in court at
tacking the right of the city of
ficials to levy the assessment on
the basis authorized. For this pur
pose the committee has retained
Judge William E. Richardson and
A. M. Craven, who will file injunc
tion proceedings within the next
day or two.

Water Power company the right to
build "wye" tracks at the ends of
a number of its lines. The pur
pose of putting in the "wyes" is to
install "pay as you enter" devices,
on the cat's. The "wyes" will en- 1
able the cars to turn at the ends.
