How much longer will it bo be fore we will have the free rural mail delivery system in operation on the Camden and Holladay road? The debates at Cross Roads have been very successful until last Sat urday night, when the gentlemen representing the affirmative side of tho question failed to put in their appearance. We learn that one of them went visiting and the other remained at home. Those repre senting the alurmativo challenge them for a joint discussion of any subject at Cypress at any time.
