The lands ceded by the agree ment made with the Bed Lake and Pembina Indians belonging on the Red Lake Indian Reservation, in the State p,f Minnesota, which said agreement was, by the sold act of congress, modified, amended, rati fied, and confirmed, are described as follows: All that part of the Red Lake Indian Reservation lying west of the range line between ranges 38 and 39 west of the fifth principle meridian. The tract of land ceded and to be disposed of hereunder aggre gates 250,M3.58 acres. By virtue of |he authority conr erred by the said act of Congress, it is hereby ordered and directed that the Jan$ above described be offered at public auction at not less than 4 per acre to the jjigbest qualified biddpp under the said act, upon the terms mentioned at a. public pl 5MJBw n. ac in the town of Thief River Fall$? in the State of Minnesota, beginning at 0 a. m. on Monday, the 20th day of June, 1904.
