The tavern idea of genuine hospitality will be car
ried to the utmost in this splendidly constructed and
beautifully furnished hotel, setting a new standard
for cities the size of Columbia.
The Tavern has a hundred fireproof rooms, fifty with
bath, and a popular price cafe and coffee room. The
rates are $1 to $2.50 with a few especially well-furnished
rooms at slightly higher rates.
