We, the undersigned, for the purpose of forming 4t corporation under and pursuant to the provisions of Chapter Fiftyrejght (58), General Statutes for year 1913, and Laws amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto, do hereby associate ourselves together as a body corporate, aid adopt the following Cer tificate of Incorporation. The management of this corporation shall be vested in a Board of Directors, composed of not less than three and not more than five members.
