First— The name assumed to distinguish this

ation and where it will receive deposits and
make discount*, is the city of New Ulm, in the
county of Brown, and Si ate of Minnesot».
Third :—The amount ot the capital stock of
this association shnll be Fitty 1 housand (*5U.t00)
Dollars, and the same shall be divided into five
hundred (500) shares of one hundred (SlOo) Doll
ars each. The amount of the capital stock may
be increased from time to time ay the vote, in
favor of such increase, of the holders of at least
a majority of the shares of stock previously M
«ued but the total amonut ot the capital
stock so increased shall not exceed the sum of
one Hundred Thousand (8100.000) Dollars.

Fifth:—The said banking corporation shall be
organized and commence on the first day of July
A.D. 1892, and shall terminate thirty years there
after, to-wit: On the first day ot July A. D. 1922.
Sixth: The board of directors shall consist of
seven stockholders, and the following persons,
Jos. Bobleter, Charles Wagner, B. G. Koch, C. H.
Ross, Peter Scherer, Chas. L. Roos and \V. F. Sei
eer, are hereby appointed directors ot this associ
ation, to hold their offices as such until the regu
lar annual election takes place pursuant to the
