forty-two hundredths dollars, ($29.42) inter
est which became due and payable on the
1st day of October A. D. 1892, apon ace

wife .to Hiram D. Upton bearing date the
26th day of February A. D. 1892, aud"which
Mortgage, together with the power of sale
therein contained, was tlulv recorded in

nesota on the 19th dav of ^arch A. D. 1892,

sum of money secured thereby at the time
