L. Lamberson, the subject of tliis
sketch, was born at Grafton. Ozau
kee Co., Wis. After completing: bin

of Warren, of which institution he
has since been one of the owners, mid
school course he entered a mercantile sole manager, up to the present time,
establishment, at Nashua, Iowa, i He was the first mayor of the city
From there he went to West Union, under the city organization, and

tile business for himself. In 1883 he
moved to Perham. Minn., where he
engaged in the banking business.
Mr. Lamberson came to Warren in

Since 1895 he has been the manager
of The People's Trading Co. Mr.
Ostrom, since he came to Warren,
has been, and is now, largely inter
ested in'farining, owning several fine
farms near the city. is an enter
prising and public-spirited man.
