Brockway and Cassius 6. Brock way, her husband, Mortgagors, to Peter Amten, Mortgagee, bearing date the 18th day of February, 1916, and with a power of sale therein contain ed, duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for the County of Marshall and State of Min nesota, on the 1st day of March, "1916, at 8:30 o'clock A.
