18 Confirmation of Assessment for Grading Conway Street. Omen or the Board of Public Works, ? City or St. Paul, Minn., Sept. 30, 1886. $ The assessment of benefits, costs and ex penses arising from the grading or Conway itreet, from Commercial street to Earl street. In the City of St. Paul, Minnesota, having, been completed by the Board of Public Works, in and for said city, said Board will meet at their office in said city at 7:30 p. m., on the 12th day of October, A.
