J The assessment of benefits, damages, costs and expenses arising from the condemning and takius an easement on the land adjoining* and on the line of Case street, from Missis sippi street to Forest street, for making aad maintaining slopes one and one-half (1%) feet on said land for every foot cut or filled necessary for the grading of Case street, from Missis sippi street to Forest street in the City of St. Paul, Minnosota. having been completed - by the Board of Public Works in and for said city, said Board will meet at their office in said city at 7-30 D m on the Sth day of December, A.
