ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF
the "St. Paul Bottling Works." The
undersigned persons do hereby associate
themselves together for the purpose of form
ing a corporation under section one hundred
and twenty (120) of chapter thirty-four (34)
of the general statutes of Minnesota (revision
A. D. 18781, and the several acts of the legis
lature of said state amendatory thereof, and
to thai end do hereby subscribe the following
articles of incorporation ..
Article 1. . The name of the corporation is
and shall be "St. Paul Bottling Works." and
the general nature of its business shall be the
manufacturing and bottling for sale of
flavoring extracts and carbonated beverages,
and the pickling of meats. The principal
office and place of business of the said cor
poration shall be in the city of St Paul and
state of Minnesota.
Article 2. The time and commencement of
said corporation shall be the Ist day of
December, A. D. 1887, and the period or its
continuance thirty (30) years from and after

Article 3. The amount of said capital
stock of said corporation is the sum of six
thousand dollars is6,ooo>. represented by
shares of the par value of ten dollars ($10)
each, with the privilege of raising said capi
tal stock of said corporation to the sum of

number of shares to correspond therewith.
Such shares to be issued from time to time as
the directory board of said corporation may
