of benefits, damages, costs and expenses arising from condemning a:id taking an, ense
uieut in the land abutting ou Atwater street, between Dale street and Grotto street, in the
City of St. Paul, Minnesota, necessary to construct the slopes for cuts and (ills in grading
said Atwater street, Detweeu Dale street and (irotto street, to the established grade as shown
by the profile of said grade on file in the office of the Register of Deeds iv and for Kamsey
county, and in the office of the City Engineer, said slopes to extend 1 1 y feet on said land for
every foot of cut or till as indicated on the plan of said slopes on tile in the office of tho
Board of Public VVorks iv and for said city, having been completed by said Board, said Board
will meet at their office in said city, atjJ p. m. on the i»th day of April, A. I). 1891, to hear
objections (if any ) to said assessment, at which time and place, unless sufficient cause is
shown to tne contrary, said assessment will be confirmed by said Board.
