Col. William J. Uryan, of Nebraska,
arrived at Now York on the steamer
Prlnzcss Irene, Wednesday afternoon.
Ho was taken on board the yacht
"lllinl," owned by a citizen of S
Louis, and then ashore, where he
spent the evening at the home of Louis
Nixon. ISarly this morning ho boarded
yacht again, and at 4 p. m. will make
his formal entrance Into the city, and
to-night will speak at Madison Square
Carden. Tho story of his arrival Is
told In the following dispatch:
