TO LECTURE FOR NEW WOODMEN RATES This morning the congressional dis trict lecturers of the Modern Wood men convened at the head office for a week's session for the purpose of receiving instructions upon the pro posed change in the order's system of rates. Four members of the original readjustment committee are also here and will take part in the programs.
