citizen looking out of his window dis
covered an unwonted object on his
front porch. It appeared to Ik; a man,
and the proprietor called to know
what he was doing there. o reply
leing forthcoming, the citizen secured
his revolver and lired into the air to
emphasize his demands. Still the in
truder heeded not. then the owner
of the premises sought the telephone
and called the patrol wagon. When
the latter arrived it was found that
the stranger was an acquaintance loth
of the citizen and of the othcers, and
that he was merely a trille under the
weather.

nace contractor, is now located in his
new building at 452C-152S Fourth ave-
mu."- The building is especially adapt
ed for that line of work and made
necessary by the demands of a fast
increasing business. Mr. Siemon has
been engaged in this business for il
numlter of years and that he- thor
oughly understands it is evidenced by
the fact that he had to seek larger
quarters to accommodate his trade.

nace, which has given complete sat
isfaction wherever it has been install
ed, he has accepted the agency for
the ."(lilt Edge," a well known high-
grade furnace, and also for the Ma
jestic steel range, which needs no in
troduction here, its qualities Wing
