Muscatine Young Man Injured While
In a weak condition from loss of
blood end with his right arm terribly
i torn and lacerated from a gunshot
, wound. Walter Schwartz, of Muscatine,
was picked up by Dr. Beveridge, of that
city, Sunday in the Illinois bottoms and
conveyed to the Hersbey hospital,
where he now lies in a most danger-
ou.-5 condition, the attending physician
expressing grave doubts over the out
come of the wound. The accident hap
pened while the young man was fixing
a blind while hunting ducks, when a
limb caught the trigger of his gun,
causing it to explode. A companion,
who was with him, went in search of
help, and fortunately found the doctor
on the highway not far away.
