The land owned in his lifetime by
Wilhelm Trittel, and now owned by his
legal heirs, is now for sale. The farm
is situated in Black Hawk township in
kock island county, and contains about
137 acres, more or less. Parties inter
ested are requested to present to the

house in Rock Island, sealed bids not
later than Feb. 25, next, at 11 o'clock
In the forenoon, at which time and place
such bids will be opened and the land
sold at private sale to the highest and
best bidder. In case the two highest
bids are the same in amount, the mat

cessful bidder is required to deposit
with the undersigned at the time of
