trict court yesterday against the
Standard Cordage company of New
York. Brooklyn, Boston and Eliza
beth, N. J., by three "bondholders,
who allege Insolvency. They claim
that-the liabilities of the concern are
$2,400,000 and that its assets are
not worth more than $1,000,000.
