Governors to Be "Boosters."
Springfield, Nov. 17. Governors
from at least 10 western states will
reach Chicago Nov. 2 8 on a tour of
the east. They are equipped with
a special train, the "Governors'
Special." Governor Deneen has re
ceived an invitation to join them
and to accompany their, as long as
he can spare time. The governors
are from California, Colorado, Idaho,
Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota,
South Dakota, Oregon, Washington
; ill Wyoming and the purpose of
their tour, as given out, is a gen
eral dissemination of the virtues of
the west. The tour will occupy this
month and next.
