a special meetinor of the stockholders
of the Crescent Macaroni & Cracker
company, a corporation organized and
existing under and by virtue or the laws
of the state of Illinois, held at the of
fice of Jackson, Hurst & Stafford, Rob

25th day of October, A. D. 1911, at the
hour of 10 o'clook in the forenoon of
