The supposed victim was found lying unconscious back of Siebke's drug store on First avenue, between Seventh and Eighth streets. The discovery was made about 7:45, and the police hurried over to the Rock Island depot, as a passenger train wtfs due at that time. The train was detained a few minutes while a search was made. A man from Bloom ington was arrested, but later it was discovered that the man who was found unconscious was merely suffer ing from an attack of an epileptic fit.
