The church is located at Wallasey, the new consti tuted borough on the ChesLire side of. the Mersey. Some two hundred wom en assembled for the inaugural ser mon delivered by the Rev. Hatty Baker of Plymouth. Men were excluded. A preliminary declaration of reasons for the formation of the church seta forth "the epoch making advance In self consciousness of women as a sex." and women's realisation of equality with man in religious as well aa other spheres of life.
