The bill of annulment recites Mrs. Brady married Charles O. KuIiiib oa April 3. 1913. Five days later divorce proceedings brought by her on statu tory grounds were heard in tho cir cuit court and tho court Indicated a decree would be entered. Mrs Brady states she was assured by her attor ney she was "a free woman" and that s-he was of the opinion a decree al ready had been entered. She went to Petroit the same day, she sets forth April S, and was induced to marry Brady. She did not learn the divorce was not entered until May 1 until soma time later. She then vas aware her marriage to the state auditor was in valid and asked him to remarry her. Threatened Mann Act Case. When Brady refused or failed to have another cerenionv performed. Mrs. Brady brought the $.VOio breach of promise suit under the name of Mary Quinlan. A default entered in the breach of promise suit was set aside, after it developed the service obtained upon the state auditor was not regular. At that time Mrs. Brady stated she would eventually prosecute Brady under the Mann act and that she would later start Puit for breach of promise In Sangamon county, w here she could obtain service. In her suit, for annulment she says she has not lived with the state audi tor since Dec. 1. 191H. "We have come to nn agreement w ith Mr. Brady."
