died frou an ahcess of long standing,
lie was resident here for twenty years
or more, but has been in Iowa for many
years. Lately he came to Cable to live
with his sister. Mrs. Kortert Irvin. Mr.
Jonea seemed like one of our eople. lie

On last Friday at her residence in
Rock r ver bottom, Mrs. John Ginty
died of yphoid fever. She had been ill
about tlrce weeks. The deceased was a
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Mc
Keag. She resided a number of years in
this plsre. She was married about twen
ty morths ago, and was about twenty
years rf years. She leaves a husband
and an infant child to mourn her death.
It casts gloom over the community to
see one in the brilliancy of youth taken
so sudd -nlv away.

been coming for a number of years. The
parient is about sixteen years of age.

tainly feed the inmates well. The new
improvements in the insane hospital are
