tative, appointing a Senatorial committee and
transacting snch other business as may properly
come before the convention.
Tbe basis of representation will be one delegate
for every two hundred votes cast for Cleveland
and Thurman In 1888, and one delegate for every
fraction of one hundred votes, as follows:
