at D. m. for the nnrpose of nominal ins a candi
date for Stxte Senator, a candidate for Represen
tative, appointing a Senatorial committee and
transacting such other business as may properly
come before the convention.
The basis of representation will he one delegate
for every two hundred votes cast for Cleveland
and Thurman in 1888, and one delegate for every
fraction ot one nunurca votes, as ioiiows:
