The Property Said To Be of Fabulous
Value and the First Great Find of the
Kind In This Oenntry.
Denver, Colo., July 25. Wednesday
witnessed the transfer of the greatest sil
ver mine in Colorado, tbo Toorman of
Caribou, and the Hubert, a Central City
gold property, to an Knulish syndicate
for $1,500,000. Yesterday Knottier impor

00,000. The transaction in ques-
in is the nurchase of a triiran-
tin deposit at San Jacinto, Oil.,

lialfour in the leal. '
The purchasers are, among the weal Un

of the members. John C. Keegau, ltx;nl
lawyer, of this city, overlooked the legal
documents and pspera of title, this side of
the water, at the request of the British
syndicate. Tho property was first taken
hold of by a uumber of wealthy Califor
niansanda native of the City of Mexico
after a searching investigation that proved
beyond a possibility of doubt the existence
of vast deposits of tin.
Sent an Kxpert to Investigate.
The report was utterly discredited
However, a competent expert was sent
from Swansea, Wales, to investigate the
claim, visit the grounds and suliseqiiently
report to them in lndon. The expert
came immediately to this country and vis-
uhi the grounds. L pou his return he sn li
mit ted such a glowing account of this
property, with its fabulous beds of tin,
that he was scarcely believed. The capi
talists thought that this man had been
am pe red with, and after alenirthv con
ference they determined to dispatch an
other Swansea expert to the alleged mine.
The First Keport Confirmed.
This man was accompauied by a aein-
ber of the syndicate, w hose business it w
to watch his movement closelv. never Bl
owing him to quit his sight. They went
to tne mines, nmite a thorough examina
tion, and reported in Knifland. A meet-
ng of the directors of the Kyndicattt was
called and the report read to them. It
was even more favorable than the first
one, and the syndicate now took steps
towant the purchase of the depont. C. i).
Muernte, a Mexican capitalist and an en
gineer residinsr at the City of Mexico, who
was known by the Knglish parties, helped
o make the selection of these experts.
The Bargain Consummated.

What is Needed.
The great public desire a
medicine that ia an absolute
specific for a cough or cold,
that allays inflammation, re
stores the tone to the system
and acts as a tonic .and stimu-
ant, while it is harmless and
can be given to children with
impunity. These qualities are
all contained in Reid'ff German
Cough and Kidney Cure. It is
composed of simple ingredients,
which combined in one prepa
ration foTm the most efficacious
remedy yet tried for coughs,
colds and kidney complaints.
No one who has ever tried it has
ever regretted it It is an ab
solute cure for these diseases,
as can be proved by the testi
mony of thousands of reputa
ble witnesses. It is peculiarly
efficacious in old age. The dry,
wheezing cough, the tightness
across the chest, the tendency
towards pneumonia, the throat
troubles, that are the scourge
and affliction of old age, are all
relieved, and, in most cases,
cured by the use of Reid's Ger
man Cough and Kidney Cure.
Many cases tbat are pronounc
ed incurable, and that manifes
ted unmistakable signs ot . con
sumption, have been not only
relieved but tbe patients have
been restored to health and were
able to resume their occupa
tions, which before taking this
great preparation they had been
obliged to give up. In this par
ticular Keid s German Cough
ana rviiney uure na never
een excelled by any similar
remedy. People who are racked
by a hard, dry cough at night
are enabled by the use of Keid's
German Cough and Kidnej'
Cure to obtain a most refresh
ing sleep, and to arise in the
morning on the road to recov
ery, and from a single dose.
This in not a solitary instance
