It was in a little southern town called
McKinney. A windmill agent from
Ohio bowed to a girl who passed the ho
tel veranda. He claimed he thought he
knew her, but it was doubtless a bogus
claim. I think he was a sort of masher
"general southern agent for the cele
brated cyclone windmill, and mashing
done at short notice." The girl had
scarcely passed when a man waited upon
me agent ana said:
"I have come to knock yonr head off

had only gotten upon his legs when an
other man approached and said
