guage of the call convening it, "To con
sider the means of securing united action

"Saloons and tippling houses, or other
places of public resort w here liquors ate
sold or kept, are hereby declared public
nuisances, and may he suppressed or
abated by prosecution in the nanus of the

zen. The legislature shall enact such

visions of this section."
