of this ordinance, or who shall" violate, disobey,
omit, neglect or refuse to comply with or conform
to any of the provisions of this ordinance, shall,
upon conviction, be fined in a sum not lesatban
ten dollars for each offeree, and in a like sura for
every day such violation, omission, neglect or re
fusal shall continue.
Section 4. All ordinances heretofore passed
and in conflict with this ordinance, and every
thing therein contained are hereby repealed.
Section 5. This ordinance shall be in force
from after its passage. ,
