arsenal headquarters yesterday and made
arrangements for the observance of Mem
orial diy at the national cemetery on the
island. The grass in and around the
cemetery grounds is being cut, acd the
fence, pavilion, seats, etc , are being
painted acd arranged for the occasion.

the owner of a rare collection of birds and
animals. A few hours spent viewing his
