How to Keep tbe Feet IVarm.
"Cold feet seem never to bother
teamsters and car drivers," said Dr,
Elmer E. Jones of Atlanta. "They
seem to undei-stand Low to keep their
feet warm ven in the coldest weath

aware that the secret of comfort in
winter consists, not in keeping cold
out but in keeping warmth in, but
they apply the theory all the same.
Besides the arctic overshoes which
careful car drivers wear in cold
weather, they wrap brown paper
