Aid. Sehroeder, from the bridge
committee, reported in favor of cer
tain repairs to bridges Xo. 2 and 4,
also to the toll house. Report re
ceived and recommendations adopted.
Aid. Corken, from the linanoe com
mittee, reported the audit of the
monthly bills and offered an ordi
nance allowing the same, which was
unanimously adopted to the amounts

alley committee respectively.

the Edwards & Walsh Construction
Co. was allowed $0,000, on-accountof
the city's portion of the Fourth ave

lowing resolutions: That the city

clerk hire. Resolutions adopted

the petition of J. K. Wilson for" per

The city ordinance provides that
any person owning or keeping anv
dog within the limits of this citv, are
rej uired to register and pay tax on
the same, before the lirst ilav of Jnly
each year, and any person failing to

ordinance, are subject to a line not to
exceed $2K and all dogs found in the
city after that date without the
proper metallic check attached are
