A Murderous Assault.
On Saturday morning last
Bob Munnerlyn and Walter
Thomas, both colored, got into
a quarrel near the oil mill,when
Thomas went for Bob with au
axe, striking him over the left
eye and inilioting a severe
wound. Thomas was placed in
jail to await trial.
