The funeral services were conducted a
thc residence by Rev. ll. H. Covington5
of Sumter, at 3.30 Friday afternoon, and
the interment nt Oak Ridge cemetery, in
thc presence of a large concourse of rela
tives and friends of the family.
Died at his home in Adanisvillc on
Wednesday morning, March 27th 1907,
after a long illness, Mr. RU Gibson, a
well known and esteemed citizen of that
township, in his 84th year.
Thc funeral services were held at his
residence on Thursday afternoon conduc
ted by Rev. McCall of Gibson and the
interment took place at the Gibson ceme
tery near by his residence.

young man of Tatum, died on Tuesday
