IMPERIAL PRESS
Notice to Taxpayers.
"All taxpayers are required by the
constitution to annually make and de*
liver to the assessor a statement, un
der oath, setting forth specifically all
real and personal property, owned by
such person, or in .his possession, or
under his control, at twelve o'clock,
meridian, on the first Monday in
March."
The above is the law regarding taxes
and as the assessor is now in the val
ley, he wishes that every taxpayer
would make out a' list of his taxable
property, and be ready to pay such
taxes when he calls upon you, as he
will soon do. Do not overlook this, as
it causes an endless lot of trouble, and
the assessor asks that you oe ready to
pay same when he calls.
