The HOLTON TOWkR COMPANY owns the power in the forty-two foot drop of the irrigation
canal, there being about 2000 horsepower.
A contract hai been let for immediate construction of an ELECTRICAL PLANT with
estimated cost of $75,000. Power will be furnished for mills, creameries, electric railways, for light-
ing Holton, and also will be transmitted to all parts of Imperial Valley.
The Board of Directors of the Holton Town Company and Holton Power Company are all well
known capitalists and business men of Redlands, Cal.: W. F. Holt, C. S. Lombard, C. A. Barker,
A. G. Hubbakd and M. M. Phinney.
W. F. HOLT, President and General Manager, has been identified with the Imperial Valley since
its inception. He is regarded by all as a man who keeps his promises, and a very rapid, substantial
growth will foPow his management of this new enterprise.

Lots are for sale at prices ranging from $100 for residence lots up to $750 for the best business corners.
