WHEN YOUR OUT-OF-TOWN
CUSTOMER SAYS "NO"
I- "If
T M
t
If your out-of-town cus
tomer says "no" in a letter,
his word is final. You have
no reason to believe there's
any further chance to sell
him your goods.
It's the same if he says
"no" in a telegram. You get
the cold, written word "no"
and your opportunity to
sell is gone.
But, Mr. Business Man,
it's different with the tele
phone. When your, cus
tomer says "no" over the
telephone, you have another
chance and if you argue fast
and hard and convincingly,
the order is yours in spite
of the "no."

Tie amount of land near Albuquerque is limited. From fofc
bills to river only a few miles intervene. Owing to inoreass
iag population, this small amount of land has been growing
in value quite rapidly lately. In the next three yeara it will
grow faster in value than any land in any other place in
tho southwest. Vast railroad improvements, which will
employ an army of men, mil be made in that time and Al
buquerque's population will more than double. Hence, thoso
who will now put their spare dollars in suburban property;
will soon begin to reap large profits from the investment.
Boulevard Place
with its beautiful home sites located in alfalfa fields; its
garden tracts under the highest state' of cultivation; its high
dry land; its superb irrigation facilities; its city conven
iences with suburban hcalthfulncsa will grow faster in value
in the same time than any other section of Albuquerque. In
that time it will have become show place of New Mexico for
shady tree lined streets and beautiful homes with grassy
and flowered lawns, and values will have advanced several
hundred per cent abovo present prices. Street car facilities
will bring Boulevard Place within twelve minutes of the
business center of the town,
LOTS $50$5 DOWN, $5 A MONTH
Acre tracts for garden purposes on your own easy terms.
Don't wait. Now is the time to buy
