Notice of Sale of Two Law Libraries
Notice it hereby gmn, that the undertigrned will
on Friday the 29th day of May, 1914, at the hour of 2
o'clock p. m., at roomi 9 and 11 in the Cromwell Block,
City of Albuquerque, at the office of Attorney W. M.
Clayton, offer for tale and sell at publio auction, the
law libraries belonging to the estate of R. W. D. Bryan
and Julius Staab, deceased.
The library of Mr. Bryan consists of some 250 vol
umns, mostly text books, including: the 1st and 2nd
editions of American & English Encyclopedia of Law;
Vols. 3 & 4 N. M. Rep.; miscellaneous digests.
The library of Mr. Staab contains about the same
number of volumns, including the U. S. Supreme Court
Reports from 1 to 222; CYC, complete, 40 Vols.; Engy.
Pleading and Practice; Wigmore on evidence, and text
books, the majority of which are of latest edition.
Contemplated purchasers may examine said books
during business hours at said rooms on the 27th and
28th days of May.
Said books are in good condition, and there are text
books upon almost every subject of law, both civil and
criminal. Lawyers living outside of Albuquerque can
get all information regarding any book or set of reports
by addressing the undersigned.
