To The Medical Profession.
To The Medical Profession of
Tucumcari and vicinity, Greetino:
Having been informed that my
ad in paper concerning the "name"
of my Sanitarium was somewhat
distasteful to you, I have with
drawn same and it will hereafter
be known as "The Home Sanitar
ium." Now gentlemen, in my ef
forts to prepare this institution I
have taken into consideration the
demands of our tow n and surround
ing country. I realized that for
from six to twelve months it would
not be self sustaining, hence am
using the lower apartments for my
residence, having plenty of room
above for all the emergency cases
that we will have, consisting of six
nice clean rooms in second story
and room in the third for a ward
of eight or twelre beds. As soon
as the demand requires it, 1 will
use the entire building wholly as
a Sanitarium and will add all the
conveniences that can be obtained
to make it u real home for the sick.
I am having a well put down and
as soon as I can get plentv of
water, will add the bath and drain
age. I will, at an early date, have
a well equipped operating room,
which with all the other con
veniences, will be at your com
mand, and I hereby welcome you to
bring your patients if you desire,
and insist that you at least visit
the Sanitarium. Any suggestions
would be highly appreciated, and
1 assure you that the strictest pro
fessional courtesy will be shown
you in every respect.
I am yours Fraternally,
13.it J. E. Mannkv, M. D.
