The Honorable Board met pursuant to

The Honorable Board decrees that each
of the Judges of Election in Precinct No.
3, composed of Horace Easier, Will Fife,
Manuel Garcia, Felipe Baca, and Isidor
Chaves, be allowed $2.00 each, Horace
Easlev to receive $3.50 in addition, for
mileage, Same to be paid from General
County Fund,
The following review commissioners for
the road petitioned for on February 5, 1907
were appointed by the Board: Ben Robin
son, A. Conner, Ira Campbell.

NOTICE OK SALE.
Whereas, by a decree of the
above entitled Court dated this
Nineteenth day of February, A.
D., 1907, the undersigned receiver
was ordered to sell all the property,
rights, franchises and privileges of
the Tucumcari Water, Ice and
Power Company, at public vendue,
to pay the indebtedness of the said
corporation, after having given
notice of said sale publically for
five successive times in a newspa
per published in the town of Tu
cumcari, County of Quay and Ter
ritory of New Mexico, said sale to
be held on the tenth day after the
act date for publication:
Now Therefore, I, A. D.
Goldenberg, receiver as aforesaid,
on the Third day of April, 1907, at
the front door of the Court House
of Quay County, in the town of
Tucumcari, New Mexico, at the
hour of ten A. M., will offer for
sale all the property, rights, priv
ileges and franchises of the said
Tucumcari Water, Ice and Power
Company, to the highest bidder for
cash, the said bid to be not less
than Ten Thousand, Five Hundred
Dollars C$10,500.00.)
