On motion the bond of the Tyrone .Statu Hank, of Tyrone Heaver county wub approved as depository of the county. On motion the saloon remonil ranees of (teuton & Harrison and .Sullivan & liaison, of the town of Guymoii, Okla homa Territory, Is now taken up for hearing. Came on to be heard the demurer of Ilea ton it Harrison and .Sullivan k 1 Unison to remonstrance here on tile for the reiifeous that remonstrances did not allege sutlicieut facts to give the Court jurisdiction and to join issues with petition filed herein, and that it failed to allege or state that remoir Ht rants weru citizens of the Territory of Oklahoma, are non-residents of the Territory of Oklahoma, owning proper ty in the ward of the town wherein said proposed license to bo issued, and that the location and description of the-town was vague and indefinite in said re monstrance, which demurer in all things sustained and t)i remonstrance overruled and Jismissfd. After argument the Hoard sustained Ilia demurrer and ordered that the re monstrance herein be dismissed and disallowed to which order the Hoard in sustaining slid demurer and disal lowed and dismissing the remonstrance filed herein at the time accepted, which eeeptions was allowed and noted.
