Morgan. Addresses The Voters at' the Court House Thursday Afternoon. Hon. Dick T. Morgan, candidato for Congress from this District, addressed the citizens of Beaver and vicinity at the court liouso Thursday afternoon upon the leading issues of tho cam paign. Owing to tho busy season and exceedingly disagreeablo day, tho croud, which otherwise would have been here, was not present, but after all a good audience hoard the talk. We aro sorry that all tiic voters could not be present to hear Mr. Morgan. His talk was not long but was to the point, and showed up many of tho fal accusations 'of the opposition in a dif ferent light. His record in Congress is one which might well bo envied by any statcs mf.n, and oxceeded Jiy voryfaw, and yet this was his first term. If lie can accomplish bo much tho first term, what might we expect of the second? It is gratifying to the people of tho Second District to know that their Representative in Congress did not miss a single roll call during the entire session, and ins vote was recorded either ayo or nay at every vote taken. Not another Congressman from this district could boast of sucli a record. Mr. Morgan lias dono much in the way of securing needed legislative ap propriations and favors for his constit uents, and it is hardly likoly that they will so far forgot their beat interests as to fail to return Mr Morgan to Con gress by a bigger majority than ever.
